Our organization was formed in June 2006 and currently has 15 active members and 8 advisers. Minimum age is 15 and they must maintain a 2.5 GPA and be currently enrolled in school or have a High School Diploma or equivalent. We train every Wednesday night from 6:30 - 9:00 pm throughout the year.
Explorer Post 33 has been recognized by the American Red Cross, Local State Senators, and Congressman as an area Home Town Hero with the development of the Toys for Travis fundraiser our group started three years ago. Fire Explorer Post 33 is sponsored by Suisun Fire Protection District.
